The V-Rebel is a combination solid textile and mesh jacket. In the case of the silver/black jacket shown above, the mesh part is the silver material. So while you won’t get the complete flow through ventilation of a full mesh jacket, you’ll still be comfortable in mild to warm weather. The jacket includes a waterproof/windproof liner that will serve you well in case of a shower and will also keep the chill off in cooler weather. When it warms up, you can remove the liner and take full advantage of the mesh panels in the jacket. The overall styling of the jacket is simple, but very sharp. It gives me the impression of an expensive European styled coat. For crash protection, you get CE protectors in the shoulders and elbows and forearms and a foam back pad.
